Was in MB yesterday - pea fungicide trials were looking lush! @BASFAgSolutions Make sure you’re using adequate water volumes (10 GPA, preferably more) in order to get into the bottom of the canopy where most pea diseases begin.

While most fungicides have some level of systemic activity (ie they can travel in the plant), they’re generally moving either (a) translaminar or through the leaves or (b) upwards with water through the xylem. Need water volume to get to the bottom of the canopy!

You never regret a day spent in the mountains. I carried the baby because even though she’s nearing 20lbs, she’s lighter than all the stuff you need when hiking with a baby 🤦🏻‍♀️.

Feeling very lucky to have such wonderful neighbours this morning. Our little complex was snowed in here in Calgary. Neighbours know I’m very close to due date, so they aren’t waiting for the hired snow crew but are instead shovelling us a path out just in case 😭❤️

Had computer work that didn’t require my large monitors this afternoon, so was looking forward to working on the laptop with 🏈 on in the background. Only issue is the laptop no longer fits on the lap 🤦🏻‍♀️🤰#pregnancyproblems
