Academics: I am an anti-racist ally of the poor and working-class.
Also Academics: If I don’t get a job at an elite R1, I’ll enter industry. To hell with those community colleges and regional schools that disproportionately serve poor folks.
Excited to talk about our upcoming book with @maggiemfink on Thursday evening! Join if you can

As of this month I am officially associate professor at @IUSouthBend and this is how much @NESCAFE it took to get tenure.
She loved life, never feared death, hated bananas and all forms of bullshit. Can’t believe it’s been one year and quite the year, yet her voice still rings in the halls of Northside.
Delighted to see our work at @IUSBCLAS @IUSouthBend featured as the Editor’s Choice Article @ProtEngDesSel.
