T Crystal Marshall's favorite part of teaching?
Seeing the 💡 switch on!

ALT "My favorite part of teaching is after building excitement, pushing, teaching again, pushing a little more, trying another way, removing obstacles, cheerleading and maybe one more push, the moment a student who said they couldn't write, couldn't code, couldn't understand a poem, says 'I did it!'" —Teacher Crystal Marshall
