This video caused Hennepin County to charge him with a FELONY, after it made them look bad.

After a child is about 13 or 14, it starts to get sort of tacky for them to go around trick or treating, asking for free shit.
It’s also super fucking lame for people to ask for any sort of free shit after the age of 18.
