Drove 150mile round trip to see the best Panto in town. Well done Grays, Thameside Theatre. Their Jack and The Beanstalk was incredible. And fortunately for us, we got to see the amazing Matthew King, our neighbour, our friend, in his debut performance 🎭 #Panto #Grays

Yesterday we went to every classroom and office space to make our staff a cup of tea/coffee or a hot chocolate with all the trimmings. But mainly to say a personal thank you. Our staff are truly amazing. Look after your staff and they will look after the students.

So proud of the culture we’ve built together. This isn’t about plastic praise and we have a robust sanction system. It’s about recognising snd valuing those positive interactions that we have. #rewards #culture peterboroughtoday.co.uk/news…

Are you even SLT if you don’t do this at least once a week? #SLT #Hivis

When the site team buy SLT chocolates 😭😭😭😭 our site manager has now been with us a year and he is one of the family. He gets it! He works tirelessly for us and the students. Don’t worry…we tell him and we look after him #unsunghero #WeAreGAT

I had the pleasure of inducting 3 new staff members into the @StangroundAcad family today. I was so proud to introduce them to our students. There is a genuine excitement that we are welcoming staff into the most supportive and productive environment. #WeAreGAT

I struggle to express in words just how proud I am to work at the school I work at with the team I work with. I think it’s quantified by the joy of going out on duty before/after school and at break and lunch. Plus we have two dogs! 🐕 🐕
