One of the most fascinating things about soft-launching a game is discovering where interest comes from.
Luminoria Tactics is currently available only on the Philippines Google Play Store, where we've achieved a 42.8% conversion rate during testing.
What surprised us is what happened outside our launch market.
🇹🇷 Turkey, our home country, showed a 33.3% conversion rate.
🇯🇵 Japan reached a 22.2% conversion rate despite no localization, no marketing campaigns, and no Japan-specific content.
We're still focused on improving retention, polishing the experience, and fixing bugs before a broader release. To be completely transparent, we are currently facing some serious crash issues that are negatively affecting several of our key KPIs. However, we have full confidence in our engineering team and our ability to solve these challenges.
Seeing strong signals from regions where the game isn't even officially available yet is incredibly motivating for everyone at HON Studios.
