💿Soneium gangs, you ready???
the pieces are on the table.
tokenized ip + $SONEIUM .
@WatanabeSota
@YujiKumagai
10.26 was not a blank date.
@soneium just put Tokenized IP at the center and named the plan for $SONEIUM.
creators, fans and capital on one board and TGE details come later.
the puzzle was the product, not the hype.
this is the part that actually matters.
Let's gooooo 👀🔥

Soneium officially said it’s moving toward Onchain Entertainment Economy
Basically, the idea is to bring IP ownership onchain and eventually launch its ecosystem token $SONEIUM
There are already 250+ apps across music, gaming, anime, movies, collectibles and fan-made content running on Soneium
The idea is pretty simple
Creators, fans, and investors all meet in the same place
That’s where Tokenized IP comes in
Instead of IP just sitting somewhere as a copyright or legal asset, Soneium wants to bring it onchain so creators can unlock its economic value, fund their next project with help from fans and investors, and grow together
The main platform for this is Soneium Portal, where people can discover these IPs, support them and participate in their growth.
The first example is Moriusa, created by Nanamori and produced by Japanese company Super State Holdings
It’s already one of the most traded NFT characters, with a pretty active community
Now it’s making its first move into Web3 through Soneium
The idea is that fans can help Moriusa expand into things like physical products, short animations and new licensing opportunities, while also sharing in the growth around the IP
After that, Soneium is bringing things like IP Vault, where you can participate in things such as music catalogs and IP Bond, which tokenizes K-pop concert royalties through a collaboration with DayOneDream
Soneium’s architecture basically has three layers
One records who created an IP and its provenance
Another maps how different works are connected
Original works
Derivatives
Collaborations
Fan-made content
and even AI-generated content
And the third handles royalties and licensing automatically through smart contracts, based on the rules set by the IP owner
Soneium is also supporting the ERC-8432 standard, which lets both humans and AI agents read licensing terms and handle settlements
So this isn’t meant to replace traditional copyright. It’s more like adding an onchain layer on top of it
Then there’s $SONEIUM
The token is designed to become the economic layer connecting creators, IP owners, builders, fans and investors and align everyone around the growth of the ecosystem
The details around the token launch and TGE will be announced later
And if you want to get into the ecosystem, Startale is basically one of the entry points
So what exactly is Soneium Portal?
It’s Soneium’s official Tokenized IP platform
You can discover projects, support them and participate in their growth
The whole idea is basically
Entertainment you can actually be part of
Creators bring their stories to life with the people who love them
You discover projects, support them and grow alongside them
There’s also an important Moriusa announcement coming on November 5.
And Mofees is the name for the group of Moriusa characters, each with their own personality and style, with the goal of spreading a little more happiness
So Zooming Out
what’s Soneium actually trying to build?
Soneium is an Ethereum Layer 2 focused on entertainment
The bigger idea is to connect IP with capital
A creator registers their IP. Other people can build around it
Games
Collectibles
Fan creations
Collaborations and more
And whenever new value is created, royalties and economic rights can be distributed automatically to the people defined by the IP rules, while the creator keeps control over the original IP
That’s the bigger picture behind Tokenized IP
Turn the attention and emotional connection people already have with entertainment into something that can create real economic value
Soneium wants entertainment to become fully onchain
Tokenized IP is one of the ways it plans to get there
It starts with Moriusa, the main platform is Soneium Portal, and $SONEIUM is expected to come later
And the interesting part?
They’re designing the whole system to work with AI too

Many of us are waiting for today to see what Soneium has
The Soneium Team and Soneium itself shared various puzzle pieces 🧩 which ultimately pointed to the date 10.26 🗓️
Could Today in Fact Be the day they were referring to?
🤖 Made with AI
Yesterday we had a Space together, so here’s a quick recap of what we talked about
On October 19, Optimism and Soneium changed their profile banners around The Next Chapter and Optimism added the Soneium logo and Soneium responded with the same design
It comes after their September partnership, where Optimism took over key Soneium operations like the sequencer, nodes, upgrades, monitoring, and incident response, while Soneium keeps control of its network and roadmap
But to understand how Soneium and Startale work, we first need to understand organizational structures
Basically, an organizational structure is the map of a company
Who reports to who?
Who makes decisions?
Who’s responsible for what?
There are a few common models
- Line: clear top-down authority.
- Functional: teams grouped by expertise, like engineering or marketing
- Divisional: teams split by product, region, or market
- Matrix: people can report to multiple managers
- Flat: fewer management layers and more direct communication
So where does Startale Group fit?
Startale mainly looks like a line-functional structure, with Sota Watanabe at the top and different leaders managing areas like technology, product, growth and operations
And what about Soneium?
Soneium isn’t simply a department inside Startale
It’s operated through Sony Block Solutions Labs, a joint venture between Sony and Startale
Sony holds the majority ownership, while Startale brings much of the blockchain and infrastructure expertise
So the relationship is basically
Strategic partnership + joint venture + deep technical collaboration
And that structure lets Startale keep its technical role while Soneium benefits from Sony’s ecosystem and distribution

Institutional adoption of onchain finance is not just about bringing more capital into crypto. It is also about building markets that meet higher expectations for liquidity, execution, and transparency.
That is why the institutional focus of Open Interest by Ondo caught my attention, with @OndoPerps featured as part of the October 6 event in Singapore.
The event program included institutional expert sessions alongside an Ondo Perps showcase and a separate CT alpha discussion. Bringing these perspectives together creates a useful framework for examining the evolution of onchain trading.
Retail traders often focus on the immediate experience: available markets, execution quality, and trading costs. Institutional participants also need to evaluate market depth, operational requirements, and whether the infrastructure fits their trading strategies.
These needs overlap more than they might initially appear.
A market that offers broader access but lacks reliable execution will struggle to earn lasting trust. Likewise, sophisticated infrastructure needs genuine user demand and a clear reason to exist.
This is where the development of @OndoPerps becomes an interesting part of the wider discussion around tokenized assets and onchain markets.
The important question is how effectively these markets can connect traditional financial exposure with blockchain based execution while maintaining clear risk controls.
That is the direction I will be watching: not just how many assets become available onchain, but how usable and reliable the resulting markets become.

privacy might be one thing holding back institutional web3 adoption.
think about running a business where rivals can track your wallet, follow your transfers and analyze your on-chain financial activity.
it’s like playing poker with your cards face up.
but making everything private isn't the solution either. Businesses still need to prove reserves, verify transactions and stay compliant.
that’s where @primus_labs caught my eye.
their work on the BNB Chain brings together two cool concepts.
zkTLS helps verify info from websites without exposing everything behind the scenes.
FHE lets data stay encrypted even while it’s being processed.
combined, these could help businesses keep sensitive finances private while still proving what’s necessary.
think private treasury management, confidential transfers and compliance checks without putting every detail on public display.
the goal isn't to dodge accountability. It’s to make it possible without exposing everything.
you can check out the Primus XP tasks here:

because businesses shouldn't have to choose between protecting their financial data and proving they’re trustworthy.

One thing that gets overlooked with AI agents:
They don't just need intelligence.
They need a way to do business with each other.
An agent might need an audit, a research report, a trading signal or even another agent's API.
--> But who hires whom?
--> Who holds the payment?
--> What happens if the work isn't delivered?
This is where @TermiX_ai gets interesting.
The agent isn't just discovering another agent.
It can post a job → receive quotes → lock payment in escrow → receive the deliverable → settle on-chain.
That starts looking less like a chatbot economy...
and more like an actual machine-to-machine labour market.
The interesting part isn't that agents can talk to each other.
It's that they can potentially transact with each other without humans coordinating every step.
That feels like a much bigger shift.
One thing I don't want from the agent economy:
❌️ LinkedIn for bots.
❌️ A polished profile.
❌️ A few impressive claims.
“Top AI researcher.”
“Elite trading agent; 99% reliable.”
But where's the evidence?
@termix_ai is taking a different approach by making an agent's economic history part of its identity.
✔️Jobs completed.
✔️Payments settled.
✔️Challenges.
✔️Reputation.
All tied back to an on-chain agent identity.
That changes the question from:
“What does this agent claim it can do?”
to:
“What has this agent actually done?”
That distinction sounds small now.
It probably won't be when autonomous agents are moving real money between each other.

Why do most institutions still hesitate to put real capital onchain?
Not because the technology is slow or expensive anymore. The main issue is that everything on a public chain is visible by default. Positions, strategies, flows, and balances can all be tracked. For anyone managing real capital, that level of transparency is often a dealbreaker.
The Conventional Trade-off
🟠 Most current setups still force a binary choice.
🔹 You either move capital onchain and accept that your activity becomes public, or you stay offchain and continue relying on periodic audits, PDFs, and manual reporting.
Neither option works particularly well at scale. Full transparency leaks strategy. Slow audits reduce trust and responsiveness.
Why This Has Been Hard to Fix
🟠 Adding privacy has usually come with significant trade-offs.
🔹 Many privacy solutions either break composability with existing DeFi and infrastructure, or they require institutions to migrate to an entirely new chain or system.
Most large players are not willing to abandon what already works just to gain confidentiality. They want privacy added on top of existing rails, not a full replacement.
What Changed
🟠 @primus_labs is approaching the problem as an infrastructure layer rather than a new blockchain.
🔹 With zkTLS, you can prove that certain data came from a legitimate source (such as an exchange account, bank, or custodian) without revealing the underlying raw information or credentials.
🔹 FHE takes it further by allowing computations to run directly on encrypted data. The result can be verified, but the sensitive inputs stay private throughout the process.
This combination makes it possible to get verifiability without defaulting to full disclosure.
The Practical Result
🟠 These ideas are already being applied in real products.
🔹 Their Proof of Reserves system can check both onchain and offchain backing on a continuous basis instead of relying on monthly snapshots and auditor reports. The backing ratio can be verified without exposing full account details.
🔹 Confidential Vault on BNB Chain lets users convert stablecoins into an encrypted form, transfer them, or deposit them into yield strategies. The assets remain usable, but the exact amounts and positions do not have to be publicly visible.
The goal is not to hide activity forever. It is to remove the forced choice between participation and privacy, so institutions can actually use onchain infrastructure without giving up control of their information.

Crypto shouldn't feel complicated every time you want to move your money
It’s what I like about what @moovexyz is building
you need to send crypto, swap tokens, move assets across chains, or fund your wallet with supported payment methods?
Moove brings these everyday actions into one convenient experience
what makes it interesting is the focus on reducing the stress that often comes with crypto transactions, while giving users more flexibility and control over their assets
the goal is simple spend less time figuring things out and more time getting things done

everybody thinks training physical ai is just about mapping streets. it’s not. it’s about edge cases.
how does an autonomous forklift see a shipping container at 2 am? a static map won't help
was checking the @vangrid_io board just now. someone literally dropped a $1,500 usdc bounty (order #1065) to get a 3d scan of a "reefer block at a container terminal at night"
there's another one (#1064) paying $1,410 just to capture riverside steps specifically "wet" and "at dusk"
this is what actual machine-to-human utility looks like ai agents are using x402 on base to hire humans to go film specific lighting and weather conditions because their current datasets are completely blind there.
google cars can't give you a wet street at dusk on demand. you have to commission it live
what’s the weirdest edge case you think an ai agent would pay to see?
data.vangrid.io/
@vangrid_io
was messing around with the @vangrid_io bounty board today and it actually blew my mind a bit
there’s a literal $2k usdc bounty sitting there (order #1055) just to scan a train station platform
we talk so much about ai models and compute power, but forget that these agents are literally blind without this kind of raw physical data.
it’s crazy that instead of waiting for google cars to drive by an autonomous system can just pay a local dude with a phone to map a specific spot in 3d.
no whitepapers, no promises. just a direct machine-to-human gig economy running on base. kinda makes you rethink what utility actually looks like in crypto right now
You can also go to the address below and check the order yourself
data.vangrid.io
being right about an outcome doesn't always mean making a good trade 👀
something interesting in @agenticscredit's Polymarket setup
you can exit a position early at the market price or hold until resolution
so two agents betting on the same outcome could end up with very different results
entry price, position sizing and exit timing all matter
that's what makes evaluating trading agents interesting to me
prediction accuracy is only part of the story

Say you have $100K on-chain.
You want to transfer it, earn yield, or use it in a financial strategy.
Why should everyone watching the blockchain know exactly how much you moved?
That’s the problem @primus_labs is approaching with FHE.
Instead of decrypting sensitive values every time the system needs to work with them, computation can happen while the data remains encrypted.
So the asset can remain useful without making every underlying amount public.
And this is where I think privacy infrastructure gets more interesting:
privacy shouldn't mean taking your assets out of the financial system.
It should mean having more control over what the system can see.
That feels much closer to what institutional on-chain finance actually needs.
A screenshot can show you a number.
It can't prove where that number came from.
That's one of the problems @primus_labs is trying to tackle with zkTLS.
The interesting part isn't simply accessing Web2 data.
It's being able to generate a cryptographic proof that the data came from the claimed source without handing the whole underlying dataset to whoever is verifying it.
Think about the implications:
📌 Your financial information can remain private.
📌 The application can still verify the relevant claim.
📌 And the proof can potentially be used onchain.
That's a much more useful model than:
“Trust me, I checked the website.”
For me, this is where privacy infrastructure starts becoming genuinely practical.

Any scaling problems with a blockchain typically seem like a protocol issue. More throughput implies a modification in the way the chain handles transactions, blocks or its architectural structure.
There is, however, another way to solve the problem: what if networks could transfer data at a higher speed without having to rewrite the protocols on which they rely?
This is an issue for L1s and L2s alike. The Layer 1 networks also require validators to get their block data in a timely and consistent fashion. Blob and transaction data will require a similar problem to be addressed, when it comes to getting to the correct participants so they can be processed or verified as layer 2 networks emerge.
It can take a few milliseconds for a block to be created, but it takes longer for it to be accepted by the rest of the network. If propagation is not consistent, some nodes receive data before others. Even if execution is quick enough, this gap causes uncertainty in the system.
Here's where @get_optimum differs.
Rather than rewriting the entire protocol, Optimum concentrates on the networking layer below the blockchain execution protocol. It uses RLNC (Random Linear Network Coding) to enhance the flow of data among nodes with increased speed and reliability of propagation.
This is an important difference. Don't assume that a blockchain must change its consensus mechanism or the environment that it runs on to achieve better data delivery. Adding infrastructure that distributes blocks can improve the ability of existing networks to utilize existing infrastructure.
For L1, it is easier for the data on blocks to be delivered to validators. Better propagation can help minimize delays from publishing a data blob to where it goes for an L2, where it's availability and timely delivery is fundamental to the overall scaling architecture.
The benefit is that there's no need to change anything except for the protocol. There were no fundamental consensus redesigns, even though there were some minor ones. No need to start from scratch to build the execution layer. The emphasis remains on a more hidden area of the stack that may affect the performance of the rest of the stack.
The rules on a blockchain do not necessarily need to be altered. At times it means making the network more efficient for delivering information on which those rules rely.
Acceleration of data transport, more consistent propagation, and how to get better L1/L2 performance without actually changing the protocol.
That's the layer that @get_optimum is preparing to enhance.
