Auch spannend: Ein digitaler Partizipationsprozess, der nicht bindende Ergebnisse liefert. Auf Arnstein’s Ladder of Participation wäre das also Consultation oder Placation. Beide Stufen gehören - wie treffend! - zur Kategorie “Degrees of Tokenism” (siehe tandfonline.com/doi/abs/10.1…)
