Beyond Neha's disappointing take, more exposing has been how some liberals are defending them
They once again show their rabid impatience & structural misunderstanding of Ambedkarite political action.
Not everything is about street action, & even so street action of anti caste parties is very invisible (eg. VBA) to interlocutors for whom only left-coded andolans are legit methods.
Furthermore, if you look at Ambedkarite sphere, there are very strong critiques of political actors. What isnt acceptable is savarna-left commentary on this & for this too there are several historical reasons
At a time when many Leftists are trying to build bridges-- such clownnery and contempt by savarna defenders, doesnt serve anybody. Just gives Ambedkarites more reasons to be wary and confirm their anxieties.
As for Neha, they are a youth leader. Like Dipke & CJP, hopefully there will be a politically maturing phase. If not, Ambedkarite anxiety will stand validated.

I honestly don't care whether Neha is factually right. The answer is irrelevant. The problem is how Neha chose to address the question of caste. They're not speaking with the responsibility of a national leader who's supposed to unite all people struggling against fascism.
