People don’t often realise or acknowledge that psychosis can be a severe symptom of bpd. Sometimes it’s hard to tell the difference between that & actual schizophrenia which is generally more serious & has more symptoms. That doesn’t take away how hard bpd is to live with.

Just fucking stop calling things/people "psychotic" and "schizo" when you mean "weird and scary."

One of the main problems around people with psychotic disorders or other stigmatised mental conditions is that everything we do gets put back onto our disorder. Every fault, every misstep, every mistake is used as proof to say that the stigma of us all being horrible is right.

I remember when someone was like "I have bpd and I don't act like that" like not everyone with bpd (or any mental illness) are the same? Yes we experience some of the same symptoms but not all of us have to act the same?

i find it so hard to believe i could add to a room. like my presence could make things better for someone. most of the time i just feel like i’m draining the room of sound and energy
