I wasn’t going to post about this.
But then I realized that staying silent would be selfish.
Today, I joined Cosign.
Not because I’m looking for a job.
Not because I’m hiring.
Not because anyone asked.
But because careers aren’t built on resumes.
They’re built on relationships.
And relationships are built on showing up.
This morning, I showed up.
I made an account.
I uploaded a profile picture.
I followed 6 people.
And somewhere between clicking “save” and refreshing the page, I realized:
this was never about Cosign.
It was about courage.
5 lessons I learned:
1. Your network is your net worth.
2. Community beats competition.
3. The best time to start was yesterday.
4. The second best time is before your competitor does.
Nobody remembers the person who waited for permission.
Feeling humbled. Feeling energized. Feeling aligned.
