Ridiculous chaos at Schipol. @KLM won’t let anybody into the transfer queue. They are expecting us to wait 3 days for a cancelled flight with no information or help.

No white Christmas this year, so instead here’s the video that brought my hands closer to frostbite than any other in 2024. Sensibly @MrAndrewCotter left the dogs at home for this one. And, yes, it was as cold as it looked/sounded.

It’s going to be interesting to see how James Timpson goes about his work. He speaks from a place of knowledge because he works with offenders everyday. He knows that the prison system simply doesn’t work for the majority. It looks like a brilliant appointment by Keir Starmer.

Watch this it’s fascinating - I asked James Timpson what he’d do about prisons and sentencing if he was in charge. He believes only a third of prisoners in jail should definitely be there. He’s now in charge of prisons (but not sentencing).
