One of the product manager skills that fly under the radar, underrated, and never talked about is simply the ability not to forget things easily.
We're exposed to so much craziness, information, feedback, ideas, and it's impossible to write down or record everything. You simply need to master the art of not forgetting.
So, everyone talks about getting into product, mostly from project management or engineering.
Nobody talks about getting out...
Where do product people go next? Where are the opportunities? Or is nobody really leaving yet?

In London until late Tuesday night.
The next thing AI gets good at isn't answering questions. It's changing what people do. One person or the whole population. If you think about that seriously, for better or worse, let's meet. DM me.

My favorite trick with marketers. I take out my phone and show them my notifications. UniCredit "Still haven't decided to save regularly?!", Uniqlo limited time offer, chess-com "Is this a good time for chess? It is. We checked." and somewhere in between my wife "buy onions on your way home"
I ask which one I will react to
They all always say the onions
The rest is noise, they say, although it's personalized and contextual
So why do you go to work on Monday and produce the same shit
Most say I don't understand what marketers do
This might be useful for us iPhone users — if you want to record the screen, face and voice at the same time, HD Face Cam seems to be the only app that can do it 😅
I needed to record&send a sales pitch, and every app I came across only lets you add the facecam afterward 🤷🏻♀️
Real product–engineering collaboration: what does it actually look like - and what needs fixing, if anything? 😉
See you tomorrow at 6 PM CET in Zagreb (Centar Kaptol).

We used to be anxious about too much work, then ChatGPT came to help, and now we’re anxious when ChatGPT doesn’t work. What a trade-off 😅

One of the craziest things when dating a product person is that there’s a big chance you’ll end up as a user persona in presentations and strategies one day. Don't say I didn't warn you 😅

It's funny how product management is all about managing emotions, yet self-control often proves to be the most challenging part of the job.
I simply love the complexity of what we do.

Just a gentle reminder from Netflix. For all of us, regardless of the stage we are in.

For all who wonder which product KPIs exist, what are the most important ones & want to have them all in one place, here's an excellent synthesis by @Clickup: clickup.com/blog/product-man…
Every KPI is a metric, but not every metric is a KPI, #productmanagement 😉

No one is talking about this major LLM from China.
2 days ago, SenseTime launched SenseNova 5.0, which according to the report (translated from Chinese):
- Beats GPT-4T on nearly all benchmarks
- Has a 200k context window
- Is trained on more than 10TB tokens
- Has major advancements in knowledge, mathematics, reasoning, and coding capabilities
Crazy how much is happening in the world of AI in China that's going completely under the radar.

I think product people don’t value their role enough.
Imagine the responsibility of creating and delivering products people will use.
We shape the way humans live and interact with the world.

Product management - which stakeholder makes us frustrated the most? 😉

Product managers, do you attend any product meetups, and is it worth?
