There are a lot of arguments about cigarettes let me tell this from my perspective I started smoking and psychologically I've never been calmer in my life my stress is almost gone I'm pretty chill these days and I don't even smoke that much I mean maybe a grand total of one cigarette a day and it helps now let's add the native American thing they say tobacco is a spiritual thing it opens you up to the great beyond God if you will if this is true then a lot of people have been lied to for years my Mom feels guilty about helping me out with the smoking and then I just told her what I just said here and now she's mad at the people who lied about the qualities of tobacco now I don't know what other people go through but from my personal perspective the stuff is helping me everybody else can make up their own minds
