Kampala needs more open spaces (indeed, more parks and squares) rather than less. We don't lack sites for malls, hotels, and apartments. Kampala, especially the metropolitan areas, are basically virgin. The heart of the city needs to breathe, and City Square (I don't like the name Constitutional Square - another space should have been created to commemorate the 1995 Constitution) facilitates that much needed breath. Let's save the CITY SQUARE! CPM

the issue of sidewalk is serious. I wish works could adopt not commissioning roads without them last week I saw a mother put her toddlers in the drainage in the narrow stretch from bweyogerere to kirinya (Namboole ring) no walkway from namanve to Nakawa. x zero!
