我觉得这是美股上链之后，最接近落地的RWA项目，因为现在AI正在普及，所以显卡租赁业务需求旺盛，@USDai_Official 基于显卡租赁业务开发了GLX平台，加快资金周转速度（这也是为什么我看好 $CHIP 的原因）：
1⃣@USDai_Official以前协议基本是 sUSDai 资金放贷后，贷款要持有到到期（通常是几年期的 GPU 贷款），资本被长期锁住，TVL 直接限制了能放多少贷款。
2⃣Season-and-Sell 通过 GLX（GPU Loan Exchange）把这个流程拆开，让 sUSDai 只承担“早期”风险，把成熟贷款提前卖给机构，实现资本快速回收和再放贷。
流程分四步：Originate（发起）
（1）sUSDai 资金先进入托管（escrow），为已批准的 GPU 融资提供资本。这一步发生在服务器发货和安装之前。sUSDai 的总暴露时间通常控制在一年以内。
（2）Season（季节/成熟期）
硬件发货 → 安装 → 连接 → 验证 → 上线并开始产生收入。贷款变成“performing”（正常履约）状态。这一阶段把“预安装风险”消化掉，让贷款变成机构愿意接手的成熟资产。
（3）Sell（出售）
把已经运行的贷款（whole loan 或通过银团等方式）卖给机构投资者。机构接手长期持有和到期收益。sUSDai 不再长期暴露在这笔贷款的剩余期限和流动性风险上。
（4）Recycle（回收再循环）
出售收到的资金回到 sUSDai 金库，可以马上用于新的 GPU 贷款，或服务赎回。资本在几个月内就能周转一次，而不是被锁几年。
3⃣首笔案例：2026 年 6 月给 Duos Edge AI（Duos Technologies 子公司）的约 9810 万美元贷款，后来通过 GLX 卖出，成为首个 Season-and-Sell 交易。@USDai_Official带来的效果资本速度（velocity）大幅提升：同一笔 sUSDai 资金可以在一年内支持多笔贷款，年化 origination 量可以远超平均 TVL。
