I made this lyric video to the title track of It’s Me with video footage from a visit home in the PNW to see family over the summer. As a grow older I appreciate more the influence & inspiration my upbringing and hometown has on me. ❀️‍πŸ”₯ Full Video link: youtu.be/5K_2K4x752c?si=1ipZ…

Good morning! My 2nd EP, It’s Me is officially out! These songs got me through some tough & some beautiful times. I’m realizing that over the years the songwriter in me has taken care of me for quite a while now. In a bit I’ll post the lyric video to the title track, It’s Me!

πŸ’¬ β€œDo yourself a favour. Listen to my story. It could save your life.” In 2013, @millwallfc fan Brian Kilgannon wrote a letter which helped kick-start our work in football to save men’s lives. His legacy lives on. RIP, Brian. πŸ’™ #InternationalMensDay

Today I’m exactly 11 years sober. One of my best ever life decisions. If you’re on the same path I salute you and if I can do it, so can you. Sometimes it’s not til you’re really tested that you see your own strength. ❀️
