If I were 25 and I wanted to look back at 80 without regrets, here's what I'd do:

I don't understand how AI is supposed to give us more free time when I spend so much more time on it that I have less free time than before using AI!

we will know we've hit AGI when 70% of humans support AI and data centers. until then, we can 100% be sure AGI is not here.
any AGI will be able to convince humans to support AI
Some say corporations will always need frontier models to keep their leadership. That may be true for highly competitive spaces, but at the rate of acceleration, will there be a point where open source models are good enough to run the vast majority of of problems, even as a superagent over the other agents?

Buffett is the greatest investor of all time - synonymous w the American Dream. He inspired me to start Invest America | @TrumpAccounts. So as he considers donating all of his Berkshire shares by 2034 - along w Howard, Susie & Peter - there could be no more fitting legacy on this 250th anniversary of America than sponsoring a Buffett dividend of Berkshire shares directly to 70 M American kids accounts to seed the next 250 yrs of American capitalism. @MichaelDell & I look forward to sharing our pitch. 🇺🇸🤍🚀

You know you are in a cult when your cult leaders will not let you talk to anyone on the outside.
We need more people having dialogs, not fewer. There's nothing wrong about learning from someone from the other side. You're not “helping the enemy” when you hear what people have to say. Even if you disagree with someone vehemently, learning about their views may help you learn. We should not have the hubris to think that we're 100% right. We all have changed our mind about many topics many times, which means we'll probably change our mind again in the future. That's the beauty of learning and growing: we will change our minds and we'll never be 100% right. That's what being human is about.
Playing with ideas is very dangerous and so most people only play with ideas with their three closest friends. But your three closest friends probably think a lot like you … so they can’t help you that much develop the idea. ideally, you find a diverse community to help you play with ideas … and they assume positive intent when you're playing with ideas. Sometimes ideas can come out malformed, and it's important for people to be able to play with ideas before they actually have it. Ideas are powerful. Ideas are dangerous. So ideas need to be nurtured.

"If something is troubling to me, I find a way to fix it. But if I can’t come up with a fix for a problem, then I drop it. Instead, I find a problem that I can solve. And then I do." Great advice from 103 year old Deborah Szekely thefp.com/p/ancient-wisdom-h…

84 year @Harvard Happiness Study. Thoughts about the impact of children? Would love to see how the number of children impacts satisfaction. I also disagree with the trend line, though my opinion is based on anecdotal evidence.
"In a time of universal deceit, telling the truth is a revolutionary act," so said George Orwell, though no evidence exists that he ever said or wrote it.
