πŸ‘€ @acasorguk :- Why (or how) can any of this be legal? Morally it's bang out of order. The date the NMW kicked in from was 1st April 2025. You don't see bills, Council Tax, rent, etc, taking a "break" while a pay reference period is observed. [1/4]

I should know. I worked in the sector for 8+ years before moving on. Modern payroll systems should be able to handle multiple different rates from different dates. There should be no excuse for this kind of behaviour towards employees pay. [3/4]
