Today Hamas murdered 2 women in their 60s, a man in his 40s & injured 8. In continued launch of THOUSANDS of rockets intent to murder Israelis, it hit a home in Sderot. Hamas continues to hold 100 human beings is STANDING violation of law & morality, 4 for TEN YEARS, 96 for 15 months. Hamas is a genocidal terror organization whose Mein Kamkpf charter calls for the annihilation of 🇮🇱 & murder of Jews. Hamas CANNOT be allowed to dictate conduct or equations. ANY country/entity enabling it - must be held to account. #LetThemGo #NeverAgainIsNow

“Inside the hospital, they distribute the grenades and mortars equipment for attacking tanks, for ambush positions, and for tunnels underground…” 🎥This is part of the interrogation of Anas Muhammad Faiz Al-Sharif, a Hamas terrorist apprehended during our precise operational activity in the area of the Kamal Adwan Hospital. This is just one testimony from the over 240 terrorists that were apprehended.

A common theme in the plight of the Palestinian people is the unforgivable failures of Palestinian leadership over the decades: reject deals and say no, only to make a bad losing bet and want what could have been achieved, obtained, or received before. It’s important to remember that a viable deal was on the table, regardless of what revisionist academics try to convince you of: a clear pathway to Palestinian Statehood that included the West Bank, the Gaza Strip, and East Jerusalem. What Yasser Arafat did by not accepting the 2000 Camp David proposal was a crime against the Palestinian people, for which there has never been any accountability. Similarly, Hamas in the 1990s and 2000s rejected the Two-state solution, only to ultimately realize that Palestinians would be lucky to even receive that, particularly after the October 7 disaster. Time and again throughout Palestinians’ contemporary history, their leadership and that of some Arab countries, particularly during the Pan-Arabism of the 1940s, 50s, and 60s, a Palestinian State could have been established, and attention could have been paid to nation-building, instead of pursuing fantasies around the destruction of Israel. It pains me greatly that so many Palestinians, both in Palestine and in the diaspora, are woefully unaware of this history and think the entirety of our problems are solely and exclusively the result of Israeli policies. It’s time for a rejuvenated and pragmatic Palestinian narrative that accounts for the consequences of disastrous leadership and acknowledges the inevitability of Israel’s continued existence and the need to live in peace and prosperity next to the Jewish State. That does not negate the Palestinian people’s inalienable right to self-determination and freedom, for both peoples’ futures are intricately intertwined.

It's true that some people have more charisma (or we'll say "aura"). And that certain body types are more celebrated in society than others, which will lead to people's judgements of a person's overall aesthetic. But I wouldn't say "it hardly matters what you actually wear."

Sukkot: A major nationalist holiday of the Jewish calendar. Zionism is baked into Jewishness. The 18th Century Europeans did not invent nationalism. Just saying.

Imbeciles and short-sighted fools who are cheering on Hamas and supporting the terror group’s supposed “resistance” are completely ignoring the fact that October 7 brought back Israeli occupation to the Gaza Strip. The Israeli military has chopped up the coastal enclave into chunks that it controls via a network of roads, buffer zones, and no-go areas that are off-limits to the Palestinian people. It appears that the IDF is settling in for a multi-year campaign that’s going to be disastrous for Gazans and will prolong their suffering to an unimaginable extent. Before 10/7, Gaza had options and possibilities to address the economic, humanitarian, and political hardships and problems. Gaza had even shopping malls, sprawling beaches, vibrant communities, art centers, restaurants, and food everywhere, and a functional infrastructure that provided enough for people to survive and, in some cases, even thrive. Hamas deliberately threw all of that away and destroyed the people of Gaza with no way out and no exit plan. Every single member of Hamas’s leadership must be tried and convicted of crimes against the Palestinian people; they must be delegitimized, shamed, and held accountable for high treason against Palestinian interests and, importantly, for cowardly behavior like fighting in civilian clothes and hiding among women and children in tents, schools, and hospitals. The problem isn’t that Israel is going after Hamas; I wrote last November that if the terror group could actually be destroyed, most Gazans would privately say do us a favor. The problem is that Israel has destroyed Gaza and its people just as much or even more than Hamas; the IDF has killed tens of thousands of people who had nothing to do with the organization and its rule – and is continuing to do so. Pro-Hamas and pro “resistance” knuckleheads in Western universities are the enemies of the Palestinian people. They have been corrupted by a rotten higher-education system that failed to teach critical thinking skills, giving “safe spaces” instead that somehow produced youngsters who don’t have to deal with the consequences of life under their beloved “resistance” group. Never would I have thought that $100,000 a year higher education paid for by Mommy and Daddy could actually harm the people of Gaza by sabotaging their cause and supporting the terror group that has invited Israeli death and destruction upon them—shame on all who have stood idly and not challenged this disastrous trend and misinformed young kids.

Hamas and Hezbollah are working to the benefit of Iran in its quest to dominate the region. In areas where it does, people suffer. Ask Lebanese and Syrians who oppose the influence and control that Iran has in their countries.

A reminder: Hamas knew full well that on Oct 7 2023 it was poking the bear and that many, many Palestinian civilians would die as a result. Indeed, that was & continues to be a major component of Hamas strategy. This is not about making a better life for Palestinians.
On the eve of the one-year mark since the October 7 massacre, I urge all who claim to care about Palestinians in Gaza and beyond to remember what this dark day represents for the Israeli and Jewish people. Please understand that 10/7 was an exceptionally painful day in which over 1,000 were criminally murdered and maimed; children, women, and bystanders were randomly killed, kidnapped, abused, and taken hostage; remember the trauma that this unjustified terror act has brought upon the Jewish people, making it the worst single-day attack since the Holocaust. Do not celebrate Hamas, the despicable terror organization that has destroyed Gaza, held its people hostage, and delivered them on a silver platter to the most extremist government in Israel’s history. Do not taunt the Jewish people or boast about the supposed act of resistance, which October 7 was not. Do not harass people who are commemorating the tragedy and its victims. Please be mindful and respectful. Be as outraged and horrified as you want to be about Gaza and the unbelievable death and destruction there. But give Israelis and Jews the space to remember their lost loved ones. The two traumas do not have to cancel each other out; they are, in fact, intertwined, and only this recognition can help us move forward. Gaza is central to my being, identity, lived experience, and connection to the land. I care deeply about ending the war and being part of the Strip’s transformation. But that would never mean denying the horrors that Hamas and other terrorists committed on October 7. Not in my name. I stand with my Jewish brothers, sisters, and allies in remembering those who lost their lives on that fateful day, and pledged to always be a partner in pursuit of healing, reconciliation, justice, freedom, safety, security, and dignity for all.

The way to make a better life for Palestinians is clear: Recognize Israel, renounce terror, and show up to negotiate final status and a peaceful 2 state solution. (Remember, too: Bibi is the choice of scared people in IL. Terror helps him maintain control of the government.)

It was weird that the @BaltimoreBanner's coverage (as of 10:45pm tonight) of today's activities on campuses ONLY covers the anti-Israel protests. Why didn't the Banner cover the pro-Israel memorials and actions? Lots of people turned out at JHU, starting at 5:30pm.
