🚨 Security update: We've released new PHP runtimes to patch two critical RCE vulnerabilities (CVE-2026-109618 & CVE-2026-109619).
PHP app owners should redeploy/rebuild to pick up PHP 8.2.35, 8.3.36, 8.4.27, or 8.5.12.
Heroku's dyno containerization and runtime isolation means that non-impacted apps remain secure.
Separately, we've also updated runtime base images, including patches to the ca-certificates package to address the eMudhra private key compromise. No action is required for Heroku customers to receive the patch.
