Speed
Just gaining strength has no guarantee on increasing driver distance. More strength does not always correlate to more speed. I’m fact more often it does not. The workouts make sure you have the potential and the muscles to do it safely without hurting yourself.
In order to actually gain speed, you have to train for it. It’s not a you either have it or you don’t type of thing. Yes, some are naturally faster than others but you can absolutely increase your speed no matter your age if you train for it. And prob more than you might think, especially if you’ve never done any golf speed training.
@SashoMacKenzie hadn’t made the @TheStackSystem when I turned pro so I’d just swing really hard with my driver with no regard for distance. Stack system is great since it gives you a program to follow. I just swung wildly 😂 but it still worked. I would spend 5-10 minutes every few days just swinging for the fences. It wasn’t efficient by any means but it did help lol
I played golf with Gareth Bale (and filmed the whole thing with a full blown production team)
The golf was great but the convos… watch yourself.

They should do a LIVxPGA 'Ryder Cup' to finish the 2023 season.
The whole thing ends in a big group hug on the 18th green
This week was unreal for ball speed records in the @WorldLongDrive community.
I explained the whole speed push things (going 230+), the history of it and WHY we actually do it here:

📍Bogotá, Colombia is incredible!
My Hand Speed with @TheStackSystem almost cuts in half from shaft vertical to "impact"
"What can we learn from Long Drivers" is my biggest topic at the PGA Show right now. I love this trend.

Distance is EXTREMELY important and is low hanging fruit for MANY golfers. Training to get more speed is time very well spent.
With comments like these on my LD drills, it’s funny enough I’m turning 32 in May

Fellow golfers: Leave this stuff for the under 30 category. Want better scores? Short game short game short game. Your welcome. #captainobvious
This drill / swing feel produced over 130mph club speed with a 6iron. I try to create speed through mechanics here, NOT by hammering hit.
Also got close to breaking 300% vertical force
It looks so fake but is so real… 🤠
4 golfers alternating shots. 1 minute to complete the hole in as few shots as possible ⏰
