Men are not self-made. Every "self-made man" is just clay that forgot the Potter. #BiblicalMan

I'm tired of non-stop doomerism and 'the world is about to end!' stuff in traditional media and social media.
My entire life, people have been saying the world is about to end. From 'global warming' to 'the millennium bug' to '2012' to 'climate emergency' to 'deadly global pandemic' to 'nuclear war' to every election being 'existential' to 'AI will kill us all!'
If you actually believe this, your #1 priority should be getting right with God.
If you don't believe this, your #1 priority should be getting right with God.
If the world is REALLY about to end, your social media posts won't prevent it or save anybody.
What bothers me the most about this post is not that Brian can't articulate an analogy of the Trinity. It's the comments just saying "that's modalism" without offering a correct analogy
It's because they can't. It doesn't exist. But they will poke fun at their friend for trying.
The Trinity is easier to understand than people think.
Hi, my name is Brian.
My parents call me son. As their son, I have a particular role, and the way I speak and act reflects that relationship.
My wife calls me husband. As her husband, I have responsibilities, and my words and actions reflect the love, commitment, and honor I owe her.
My children call me father. As their father, I have a sacred duty, perhaps the greatest responsibility I've ever been given. How I speak, act, and lead reflects that calling.
One person. Three names. Three distinct relationships, each with its own responsibilities and expressions of love.
Yet in every role, I remain the same person, working toward the same purpose.
The thing that is crazy to me about some Trinitarians is that they would say I'm going to Hell for not accepting what isn't in the Bible (the Trinity), but I wouldn't say they are going to Hell for not understanding or believing what is in the Bible (Oneness doctrine).

Somehow we've reached a point in education where:
- teaching kids explicitly is controversial
- academic rigour is treated as a threat to student wellbeing
- memorizing math facts is discouraged or considered unnecessary
- practice is dismissed as "drill and kill"
Low expectations are not kindness, and nothing hurts someone's confidence more than falling further behind every year.
With all the AI slop proofs coming out, this genuine human effort makes me happy. This is real mathematics.
New AI slop just dropped.
We are announcing three new discoveries in mathematics, computer science, and physics about harmonic analysis, complexity theory, and quantum field theory.

Actually math is hard because the concepts are really complex.

Teaching requires a lot of energy. It’s like putting on a performance every day all day long.
So, in looking at topics in Analytic Theology, I found there is a whole genre called "The Logical Problem of the Trinity" (LPT) where many authors admit the Trinity makes no sense in formal logic, and some try to square that circle.
New research area unlocked!
I have heard many say Apostolic Pentecostals are not academic. That they don't engage in scholarship. I will never listen to those arguments again.
Thank you to @UrshanGrad for hosting a great Symposium!
It was great to meet @mydocjackson and @ClaytonJKillion in person!

Today, on what would have been his 33rd birthday, our Nation honors the loving memory of Charlie Kirk - a father, husband, Christian martyr, & titan of the conservative movement.
We renew our resolve to always defend our principles of truth, faith, & the open exchange of ideas.
I like Weinstein. But he posts this crap to his normy audience that doesn't know a thing about mathematical research or how it works. So they can say, "Yes, so true! I knew it!"
Embarrassing.
This would actually be hilarious if proven true. They try to solve a Millennium Problem foe clout and then their formalization is wrong.
God, please let this happen because it would be so funny.
The plot thickens.
"We show that the formalised Lean proof does not correspond to the [written paper] proof of blow-up of solutions to the Navier-Stokes equations."
