We have hit #1 best seller status in Computers and Technology on Amazon, too!! #momentum #SocialMediaMadeMeRich – at Georgia, USA
20k months are still possible with the right short term rental. However, the real estate market and Airbnb algorithm has shifted considerably.
Around 2006, I began to learn possibly the most valuable skill set one can learn in today’s time. I discovered how to turn this little machine into a perpetual ATM. Eventually, this new source of internet cash flow would overtake my primary practice income, change my family’s life forever, jet us all over the world and allow me to help others accomplish the same thing.
Do you really understand the power at your fingertips? We live in an amazing time in spite of all the chaos that surrounds us. It still blows my mind when I stop and reflect.
You can be average and still make a small fortune if you catch a trend early enough. It’s all about timing and having the courage to dive in when everyone else has analysis paralysis. ChatGPT ads have launched and can shortcut you to the top of the search and into relevant conversations. It’s wide open right now and the pioneers are planting flags. If you have the budget and are ready to start running ChatGPT ads so you can be found, comment "MORE INFO" below.
With 20+ years of experience on social media I’ve done and seen it all. I don’t just point you in the right direction. I guide you step-by-step and help you or your team implement. This creates sustainable growth. If you know you’re capable of better results with platforms like Meta/Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, ChatGPT and TikTok… I’d love to help.
If someone asked me what the best part of my life has been, I wouldn’t talk about the things I’ve owned or my accomplishments. I’d talk about my boys. Getting to be a Dad is the best part of all of it.
This sounds like a threat. You have to give mentally defective eugenicists like Gates credit, though. They put it out in the open essentially telling the masses what they’re going to do. Revelation of method.
As the cost of groceries, housing, insurance, gas and practically everything else continues to climb, people are making different decisions about where their dollars go. Some of your chiropractic patients are genuinely struggling financially. Others have plenty of money but are becoming more selective about how they spend it. Then, you have a portion who aren't feeling the pinch much at all. The mistake is assuming everyone is in the same financial situation.
However, here's something I've saying for years.
If 100% of your income depends on patients walking through your office doors, you're leaving yourself financially vulnerable, especially during uncertain economic times.
Now, in no way am I suggesting you abandon your practice or stop focusing on patient care. Quite the opposite. You need to start thinking like an entrepreneur who happens to be a chiropractor instead of a chiropractor who happens to own a business.
There's a BIG difference.
Your knowledge, relationships, reputation and professional experience have value beyond the four walls of your practice. Here are some ways to increase profitability and diversify your income:
1. Corporate wellness programs. Local businesses have employees dealing with neck pain, back pain and workplace-related physical stress. Develop educational workshops, ergonomic training or wellness partnerships with employers.
2. Add complementary cash-based services. Depending on your philosophy, training, state laws and patient needs... services like spinal decompression, therapeutic exercise programs, brain health, neuropathy or other appropriate offerings could create additional revenue opportunities.
3. Monetize your knowledge. You've spent years learning about the human body, health and wellness. Educational courses, workshops, speaking engagements, books, and membership sites can create revenue without requiring another patient visit.
4. Build a recurring revenue model. Appropriate wellness memberships, educational subscriptions or other legitimate continuity programs can help create more predictable monthly cash flow. Just make sure the services deliver real value and comply with applicable rules.
5. Build a personal brand outside your practice. Social media, YouTube, podcasts, joint venture partnerships, ChatGPT ads and email marketing can position you as an authority. That audience can eventually open doors to speaking, consulting, education, and other business opportunities.
6. Invest in assets outside chiropractic. Real estate, businesses and other income-producing investments can eventually provide cash flow that doesn't depend on how many patients you adjust that week.
Also, don't forget the other side of profitability.
Sometimes you don't need more revenue. You just need to stop hemorrhaging money through unnecessary overhead, inefficient systems, poor follow-up and marketing that produces little return.
A chiropractor collecting $70,000 monthly and keeping $35,000 is in a much better financial position than one collecting $100,000 and keeping $20,000.
Collections are a vanity metric. Profit trumps all.
Chiropractors should be among the most entrepreneurial professionals on the planet. You already have specialized knowledge, credibility, business experience and relationships that most people would love to have.
Why limit your earning potential to the number of people you can physically see in a day? The economy will always go through cycles. Consumer spending habits will change and patients will come and go.
However, the more income streams you develop the less dependent you become on any single one. Your chiropractic license gives you the ability to practice in this great profession but your entrepreneurial thinking can give you financial freedom.
Your idea is not original. There is someone right now thinking the same thing. The question is this. Will you be the first to bring it to market and gain a massive competitive advantage?
My favorite part of “flu season” is when the same people who got the flu shot get the flu and say well imagine how bad it would have been without it.
Show up every single day and post on social media. Be an asset to people and help solve their problems. Then, watch how “lucky” you get. More traffic, referrals, speaking opportunities, doors opening up, etc. But, what do I know? I’ve only been doing this since the Myspace days twenty years ago.
A Doc takes my course and makes 14 social media posts during the past year and claims he’s “done the work.” Recently, he requested a refund. At least be honest with yourself, bro 🤦🏼♂️
If your chiropractic practice has a large digital footprint you have an advantage when it comes to ChatGPT search. It's not the only ranking factor but it is important. If you have thousands of content pieces out there like blogs, videos, press releases, guest articles, podcasts and more... it looks good from an authority standpoint.
If you've been slacking or haven't had good systems to consistently push content to the masses, you need to get the ball rolling ASAP. The good news is that even if you're behind the eight ball from the organic content side of things, you can still flip a switch and turn on ChatGPT traffic.
This is where their ads platform comes into play.
We've been helping chiropractors get recommended by ChatGPT and enter the relevant conversations where patients search. If you want to finally start tapping into AI search traffic, let me know. Their ads platform is wide open and it's smart to get there now before this channel gets flooded with advertisers.
I’ve never responded to a comment from someone wearing a face mask in their profile pic. You can’t give f’n weirdos any attention.
Most people aren’t underpaid. They’re underskilled. My business doesn’t deserve to survive another five years if I don’t know how adapt to the modern world, provide value, build an audience, sell and mass distribute my content online.
The major difference between Google and ChatGPT is how your prospective client or patient searches. For instance, on Google someone with sciatica pain might search "sciatica treatment options in Atlanta." The local search would then pull back business listings, an AI summary, ads, and quite a few typical blue links.
On ChatGPT that prospective patient may say something like this. "I'm a 51 year old male and just stated to experience pain in my left hip. I think it may be sciatica. The pain shoots down my leg and is worse at night. I've been taking Advil and I'm trying to find a non-surgical treatment option in Atlanta. I want a doctor with a couple decades of experience who has a lot of great reviews and who is well known. Who is a good fit?"
Do you see the difference?
Conversational searches are now the holy grail of online traffic and MUCH higher intent for obvious reason. Consumers talk to the AI like they're talking with a real person. Not only that, people are asking several questions in the same thread sometimes which is going to give them a very specific SIMPLIFIED answer.
This is why the geriatric population is flocking to ChatGPT in droves.
If this makes sense to you and you see where the puck is moving, you'd be wise to do two things ASAP. Learn how to dominate ChatGPT search so that the AI recommends you every time and use ChatGPT ads to shortcut your way into those specific conversations.
If you want my team to help you run ChatGPT ads, comment "LET'S GO" below and we'll send you an application to see if you're a good fit and if your zip code is open. If you haven't optimized your practice for organic ChatGPT search yet, I have a training for that as well. Hundreds of chiropractors have went through it.
Any questions?
