I created 2 SaaS generating over $12K/M
It wouldn't be possible without outsourcing & automation
1/ Automate simple processes with Python
2/ Get quality backlinks with seomode.co
3/ Hire VA to handle support & emails
This is the least you should do to get to $10K
I always have the most productive work sessions on a just-barely working Internet.
No videos, websites, tweets to check, or emails or messages to reply.
Anyone has it the same?
I was getting more and more interested in "API as a Service" tools in recent weeks.
A big problem for each SaaS is churn and I think providing API can help to make it more "set and forget".
As a next step in automating outreach, we're adding webhooks to Icereach.com
Yesterday I wrote my plan for 2022 is to improve in finding customers for SaaS products.
Today I stumbled upon a great resource already.
I'll share what actionable steps I took in the following days.
My goal for 2022 is to improve in Marketing & Sales.
I have a tendency to always find an excuse to go back to product development as that's where I'm comfortable and push reaching out to clients for later.
If you have any advice on what helped you please let know 👂🙏
I wasn't very active on here lately and the reason is that I'm building a micro SaaS product 📊🚀
To gain laser focus, we'll launch it here over the next 30 days in 30 daily progress updates.

Day 37 of #buildinpublic: Today I made the client app fully responsive.
It was fairly easy as we're reusing 2 different views for almost everything.
- data table view
- edit content/settings view
Day 38 of #buildinpublic: Building docs for Leadautomate.
I found pmarsceill.github.io/just-th… as the fastest way to get started. Today I managed to completely customize the design and now I need to start writing the docs.
For the curious, the logo represents a funnel of LinkedIn actions, that we mark with different colors.
1. Profile visit
2. Connection request
3. Send Message
You can spot them on the right-hand side of the landing page.
I started out by picking random icons as a logo first and ended up creating this.
Tool: Photopea.com
Time: 5 hours
Variations: 7
Cost: $2 spent on an icon that I didn't end up using
