**3.** The part I liked most: a two-week experiment on habits. Each night I pay $5 as a premium, if I meditate 10 minutes the next day, I get $7.50 back. Break-even is a 66.7% success rate, and my baseline is 0%. It starts tomorrow. I will post the results.
