@medsee_ai is joining @centai_health.
i started it with a question: could AI help radiologists see more in clinical images?
at Cent, we get to take that work into a much bigger problem: finding small signals before people feel sick.
lots to build alongside amazing founders @shashanknd, @arpitgarg047 and @akhandelwal and a team already making preventive healthcare real at scale.
since joining Cent, we’ve been processing nearly 2 TB of clinical imaging data every week. it’s been pretty wild to see Medsee's scale here.

🚨 Bengaluru-based @xTerraRobotics has launched a wheeled quadruped, DHAV-Hy. It is fully indigenous, being designed, engineered and built in India.
It has a max speed of 5 m/s, and a payload capacity 10 kg for all terrains. This wheeled variant has been in R&D for three months, and xTerra is actively piloting DHAV-Hy in industries for inspection.

A year ago, Airbound was 50 something people in Hoskote, building one drone a day. Today it's 150+ people across 8 sites. Hundreds of TRTs flown, some of them crashed. Thousands of kilometers flown. Tens of thousands of hours, nobody's kept an exact count.
TRT has now flown 13,000+ times, most of it in the last 6 months. A year ago the whole team would stop to watch an aircraft land. Now we barely noticed when we crossed 10,000.

hi @LinkedInHelp my account was incorrectly restricted and i've been unable to access it for quite some time :((
i've completed identity verification. could someone please help me get this reviewed?
linkedIn is pretty essential to my work as a founder 🥲
Let's goo @samaysanghvi 🚀🛩️
At Alteon, we are building planes that fly for more than a year without landing. Ones that would take off in 2026 and land in 2027.
We’ve raised a $2.5M pre-seed, led by @lachygroom, with participation from @shubg at @scaletogether.
We do this using a flight technique called dynamic soaring, and we just hit our biggest milestone yet toward making it a reality:
Looks super cool @khushhhi_ ! Psyched to see the maiden flight now 🛩️🎉
Incredibly grateful for the love and patience of the entire @Vortexfilms_in team for bringing this to life.
They treated Aspera's story like their own and gracefully dealt with all of our tantrums :)
You guys rock.

Earlier this week, Naman Pushp made headlines raising $37 million in a Series A round led by Greenoaks, one of the most exciting deeptech raises out of India this year, taking the total funding for Airbound to $50 million.
A few months ago, we had spent time with Naman and his team at their facility on the outskirts of Bangalore. Naman is building drones for deliveries, the kind where the entire carbon fibre structure weighs 350 grams. Perhaps less than your phone.
Naman loves talking physics, especially the magic of getting weight and efficiency right. But what stayed with me long after our conversation was the person himself.
A 20-year-old who at 15 was already thinking about leaving a mark on the world, and with the kind of clarity that makes investors write large cheques and makes you sit up and listen.
As a founder myself, his obsession with perfection is something I find deeply inspiring. Once you know “perfection” is possible, he told us, you simply cannot go back to “good enough”.
That's what $37 million is really backing.
#ICYMI, this episode of Dreamers makes for a perfect weekend watch.

At Startup Policy Forum, we’ve thoroughly enjoyed working with Naman for over 1.5 years now. His consistency and depth of engagement on all policy matters is truly remarkable.
Congratulations once again, Naman and the Airbound team. 🚀

Congratulations to Naman Pushp (@TheRealNamzoo) and the entire Airbound (@Airbound_Aero) team on their $37M Series A, led by Greenoaks (@Greenoaks), with participation from Lightspeed, DoorDash (@DoorDash), Lachy Groom (@lachygroom), and Humba Ventures (@humbavc).
Airbound is building a new class of aircraft, designed to weigh less than the matter it moves. The internet made distance irrelevant for information. Airbound is doing the same for physical goods. And it's already underway: 1,000+ autonomous flights with Narayana Health (@NarayanaHealth), zero mission failures.
Now, a new deployment agreement with the state of Andhra Pradesh will target 10,000 flights a day across three cities, serving healthcare, e-commerce, and retail.
We’ve seen Airbound grow from a bold idea into real-world deployment. Hemant Mohapatra (@MohapatraHemant), Partner at Lightspeed India, looks back at where it all started:
"When we led Airbound's first institutional round in 2024, it was on the back of a very early prototype and Naman's vision. He saw, in excruciating detail, how the world of transport would change if he solves one of the hardest problems in aerospace – the L/D ratio of aircraft – using new carbon-based materials that are becoming part of modern aircraft design unchanged since the 60s. That ambition isn't theoretical anymore as the team has now built and deployed aircraft that solve real world challenges. Naman is one of the most ambitious founders we have seen coming from India. We are glad to keep building Airbound with him."
Watch Naman explain how the technology comes together in a conversation with Hemant Mohapatra.
Building 🪽 for a future where flying is the default way to move - $37M closer and beyond lucky to be creating this with the crack team at @Airbound_Aero and @TheRealNamzoo 😎🛩️🤖
For too long, we've accepted that the flying is a fundamentally more expensive form of movement. I reject that reality.
Today we're announcing our $37M Series A, led by @Greenoaks, to build a world where all movement is in the air.

@TheRealNamzoo just laid out why we started Airbound and why we raised a Series A to do it.
An aircraft should move what you care about, not spend itself hauling its own weight. We build them light enough that the payload wins. Get the aircraft right and the air becomes the cheapest way to move anything on earth.
Things first, people next.
The world might be chasing faster horses, but we intend to put all movement in the air. The full case: airbound.com/manifesto

Cut from a different cloth?
We're building the world's most efficient aircraft from scratch. Light enough that flying becomes the cheapest way to move anything. That means tearing down most of what aviation assumes and starting over.
We're hiring across marketing, communication design, certification, operations, and field ops at our Hoskote (Bangalore) HQ.

Honored to be featured in @shaurya_sinha7’s The 22nd Century Indian, alongside so many other builders chasing the same audacious version of a new India @AlteonAerospace @khushhhi_ and more. The future isn’t built by one company; it’s built by a generation of them.
Thank you, Shaurya, for telling our stories 🇮🇳

had a fun morning with @mayankkronos witnessing moments which led to @SkyrootA liftoff as from T-5 back to T-20 in the last 5 minutes, and when it finally took off!
just crazy🤯 how REAL-TIME footage was streamed directly from the rocket at every stage (in the bg - the Earth's horizon & all the satellites laid out).
got it right the their first try - by such a young team👏
