Among patients with #GastricCancer and positive peritoneal lavage cytology or localized peritoneal metastasis, #chemotherapy plus #gastrectomy was associated with better survival than gastrectomy alone or chemotherapy alone.

Both linear and circular stapling were safe and feasible. Linear stapling was associated with shorter hospitalization and faster recovery, while circular stapling required fewer staplers. Prospective validation is needed.

Amigos por PIEDAD NO COMPREN DEXAMETASONA A LO LOCO. Es un corticoide, si son diabéticos se van a ir al más allá si se les ocurre tomarlo como preventivo. El exceso de corticoides afectará su sistema inmune, más si se consume sin tener un proceso inflamatorio.
