Kemi predicted this, two years ago.
Labour is on track to deliver fewer homes this parliament than the Conservatives in a setback for Angela Rayner, the Housing Secretary. A total of 1.14 million homes are expected to be added to Britain’s housing stock in the five years of this parliament, according to fresh forecasts from the Office for Budget Responsibility (OBR) 🔗 telegraph.co.uk/business/202…

Andy Burnham is planning to spend up to £450m a year subsidising tuition fees for European students. In a major giveaway to Brussels, the Prime Minister is reportedly considering cutting fees for EU students from £38,000 to as low as £9,535, in line with domestic UK undergraduates 🔗 telegraph.co.uk/politics/202…

Astonishing the BBC used a crook to comment on the UK’s finances. Sturgeon refuses to return gifts her convicted husband stole. If the BBC paid an appearance fee to this inveterate liar it misused license payers money.

I’ve never told any trans person what they ‘should be.’ As far as I’m concerned, trans people can call themselves whatever they like and believe whatever they like about themselves. What trans people aren’t entitled to is universal agreement that they’ve changed sex, acclaim for their embodiment of sex stereotypes, the reconfiguration of laws around an objective untruth or women’s surrender of their sex-based rights.

The countries trying to grift money out of British taxpayers see loads of Labour MPs pressing for it - and they smell weakness in government. We have to end the discussion by politely saying "no - and never" and then punishing any further attempts at grift.

Business leaders are sick to the back teeth of the cry-bullies and grievance merchants who try to turn workplaces into their own little fiefdoms - wreaking havoc and sowing division along the way. The LGB Business Forum is a breath of fresh air for forward-thinking businesses.
LGBTQIA+ has been a disaster for workplaces. Disruptive, divisive and, frankly, bonkers. Last week leaders came to talk to the sensible, switched-on gays at the LGB Business Forum in Parliament. They left buzzing with optimism about the new face of diversity and inclusion.

What an absolute insult! The idea those running Bridlington & The Wolds' 3,964 registered businesses, the farmers on our 670 local farms, our 114 pubs' landlords and our 5,700 self-employed people, are somehow not working tells you it all about this govt's priorities & ideology.
Labour’s Treasury Minister admitted she doesn’t think employers are working people. No wonder. The entire Cabinet has less private-sector experience combined than our Shadow Chancellor. They’re no longer the Labour Party. They’re the Welfare Party.

99.9% of UK businesses are SME’s That’s under 250 people. In my years of business I’ve never seen a business under 250 people where some of the hardest working people aren’t the founders. In many of these companies, especially small businesses (under 50 staff) The companies are dependent on the founder, either for their experience, work ethic or sales ability. At that level of company the founder still plays a significant role in every part of the business. To call these individuals “not working people” is an insult. It’s pure Marxism delusion of lack of understanding of what makes up an SME. This government continues to show it doesn’t understand what business requires. Shame

How stupid can a person be? If an employer is not a working person, what is he/she? A parasite? Because you think they are living off other people's work!? How dare you?! I'm just happy that Kemi Badenoch is in the opposition, opposing such stupidities!

This is a sound thank you from a man who came from nothing, who built a business from scratch. His business acumen is first class. If you get the chance read Passport to Success: From Milkman to Mayfair It is an incredible story and completely inspirational. amzn.eu/d/06JC5r4F
Thank you Ms Badenoch for speaking out for the many people that create jobs, take on the risk of running a business, create jobs, wealth and taxes. Ms Badenoch gets it.

Labour does not get businesses - small or large. The @Conservatives do.

My son is an electrician; he has a small company, employing a few people. He works on the tools, as well as chases contracts and manages workload. And carries all the stress. His company is only worth its current contracts. He is exactly the kind of working person our economy depends on: I thought Labour understood this.
“I don't think employers are working people.” ~ Labour Chief Secretary to the Treasury, Emma Reynolds MP. And there is. A Labour government politician saying the quiet part out loud. This is what Labour really think. They have an inverted snobbery and disregard towards self employed workers and private sector businesses owners.

Kemi has got this student union Labour government down to a tee. We are being run by one of the least intelligent, the least skilled and the least experienced governments the country has ever had. History will reflect the damage they are doing to this once Great Britain.

The EU has said that it would allow Britain to rejoin without adopting Euro or Schengen as long as they could take equivalent of 25% of NHS budget each year (it used to be 15%). 🤑 I wonder which hospitals Burnham will close? 🤔

Labour are admitting what we suspected all along: they want to drag us back into the EU. They’ve never respected the referendum result. And now they want to overturn it. They think they know better than you.
