Better still: Put it in a high yield savings account, or invest in T-bills earning 15–20%. Now rent comes due, and you have ~₦1.7m. That's an extra ₦200k. No loans. No panic. No enslaving your future self. High income is not immunity from bad habits. If you can’t manage ₦100k, ₦1m will only expose you faster. We don’t rise to the level of our income.
