I have called @AmericanAir several times to request a refund for a flight that was delayed 12 hours, and every time it goes to "transfer me to a representative" the call mysteriously, immediately drops. @USDOT can we look into this? #AmericanAirlines #USDOT

Can someone explain how it’s legal to charge a 49% fee on a concert ticket?! The ticket price went from $62.90 to $90.40 with @SeatGeek fees. This is ridiculous. #SeatGeek #ConcertTickets #ResaleTicket #TicketFee

Surprise!! 1989 (Taylor’s Version) is on its way to you 🔜! The 1989 album changed my life in countless ways, and it fills me with such excitement to announce that my version of it will be out October 27th. To be perfectly honest, this is my most FAVORITE re-record I’ve ever done because the 5 From The Vault tracks are so insane. I can’t believe they were ever left behind. But not for long! Pre order 1989 (Taylor’s Version) at taylor.lnk.to/1989TaylorsVer… 🩵😎🩵
