Nearly back at the hostel for tea and a final pack up. Slight detour for snacks and drinks! All had a great day and gearing up to pack our cases tonight ready for an early start! 😴 @NottsHigh @Year7_NHS #mfl #schooltrip

“This has been the BEST day!” Great feedback from a student for our fabulous trip leader Mr Beattie. ☀️ Lots of stories of fun on rides and telling us about where they explored. On way back to the hostel. 🇩🇪 ➡️ 🇫🇷 @NottsHigh @Year7_NHS #mfl #modernlanguages #schooltrip

Totally approve of taking a sunny ride with our friends! 💦 🚤 @NottsHigh @Year7_NHS #mfl #EuropaPark ☀️ #languagestrip

The moment you feel you’ve entered Duloc. 🎶😆 @Year7_NHS ready in their groups from ‘I love teacups and leisurely lake rides’ to ‘Scream and hold tight!’ 🎢 @NottsHigh #rollercoaster #mfl #schooltrip

We’ve arrived and sun cream on! We know to be respectful of others and be empathetic to those who may prefer less energetic rides, to be curious even outside the classroom. A big part of the day is about being ourselves and making good choices. @NottsHigh @Year7_NHS #themepark

On our way to Europa Park. 🎢🎡 Mr Beattie has given a groundbreaking speech incorporating the school values to prepare us for a happy day 🎤💬 @NottsHigh @Year7_NHS #mfl #languagestrip

Took the long way home and found #Riquewihr 📷 Widely believed to have inspired the design of Belle's village in Disney's "Beauty and the Beast.” Some of us may have had the soundtrack on on the way back. 🚌 🎧 🎶 @NottsHigh @Year7_NHS #mfl #languagestrip

Duck, boys! 🦆 Well, perhaps these are a bit bigger! Entertainment at the Eagle Park this afternoon. @NottsHigh @Year7_NHS #mfl French and German trip to Alsace ☀️ 🇫🇷 🇩🇪

Couldn’t avoid the shops 🙈 But we had a lovely time with the monkeys. Some of us found the walk a tad steep… @NottsHigh @Year7_NHS #mfl #schooltrip #monkeys #photocompetition

Fun to be had at Monkey Mountain and keeping ourselves busy before lunch. 🥪 @NottsHigh @Year7_NHS #languages #trip #goodtimes #games #sunshinetime
