I gotta say the “old” YouTube tech review need to step up their game I’ll admit my guilty pleasure is watching tech gadget reviews on YouTube. Often the same product from different YouTubers . It’s no longer enough to sit on a desk and record yourself opening a box. Probably the only one that can still get away with a “boring” review video is MKBHD You watch JerryRigged because you want to see the new iPhone be destroyed, which you’ll never be able to afford to do. You watch HTX and Mediastorm for the creativity and entertainment value of what’s possible with tech reviews

Going from Opus 5 to 5.5 is the same massive jump as Opus 4 to 4.5. I think we are all cooked when Opus 6.5 drops

Money is free! I get it, nobody cares about getting extra €15,000 equity free. Everyone looking to raise their $10M angel round. But, as more investors looking for the hyper growth companies to invest big checks, the % of investments for normally growing companies likely declines. So money is never free and not easy to get. Especially if you not yet well connected, and first time founder.
We are giving away €15,000 to the best pre-seed startups, equity free Judged entirely by AI: Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity and Grok. Prizes: 🥇 €10,000 🥈 €3,000 🥉 €2,000 Pre-seed, raised under €500,000, any sector. Submit now 👇 papermark.com/pitch-deck-com…

US VC Fundraising was nearly 4x Europe’s in September. $12.9B vs $3.4B. Bessemer alone raised $5.75B... more than Europe’s top 5 combined. The funding gap remains wide.

Why investors keep ghosting you? We analysed thousands of decks shared via Papermark to answer this one question. Some of what came back was uncomfortable, but expected: ▪️ 4 mins is the average view time ▪️ But half of all views end in 77 seconds ▪️ 16% of investors spend 10 seconds ▪️ 44% of investors reach your final slide ▪️ 20% more views decks with traction → Papermark Fundraising Report out now: papermark.com/fundraising-re… We cannot fix your pitch deck, but we can provide the view insights, so you will know how to fix it.

I’m channeling my inner @wongmjane on the new Stripe iOS app Seems like AI agents coming to the app to ask about your financial data

Why is the @cursor_ai app so stupid that it cannot open a PR which is a standard API request to GitHub. Why the fuck do I need an agent to do it and spend tokens and time. The branch and commits are already pushed. This is such a terrible UX

Papermark is now a connector on Perplexity Computer Ask the agent to: → set up a data room → upload your deck → share secure, tracked links → report who viewed what, page by page From first share to closed deal, without leaving the chat

$3M ARR! It took us 18 months to reach $1M 6 more months to reach $2M 4 more months to reach $3M
It’s not the speed Harry Stebbings asks for but it’s life changing speed for me personally. The core focus didn’t change: customers. I still reply to each support request myself. We are shipping to production (almost) every day. Every dinner we discuss ways to grow Papermark Now, we can afford $10 coffees without feeling guilty (maybe a little) What changed: - Tens of thousands of teams signed up - Millions of viewed data rooms and documents - Billions in deal volume running through Papermark The greatest joy is that we built a product people love and use every day. Our customers trust us with their most confidential deals. $10M next

once you enable a model on "fast" it's really hard to go back to regular speed currently only using it with Cursor Grok 4.5 High Fast but the speed makes up for accuracy
