Really enjoyed ‘The Ballad of Bruiser Brody’ on @BBCSounds. A fascinating and (in the end) genuinely moving listen, presented with skill and panache by @adamhillscomedy. The whole series has been terrific but this has been my absolute favourite. bbc.co.uk/programmes/p0hkdhm…
Much enjoyed @HOCThePlay last night. A moving, absorbing drama, beautifully crafted and exquisitely performed. At its heart, a quartet of extraordinary women creating an utterly believable family portrait. Wonderful stuff.

#AfterLife Season 3 is really something else. It draws you in like a stealth magnet and pulls you to pieces. Uncompromising and very funny. Beautifully written by @rickygervais

My little girl is 4 today. We came to London to ride the CABLE CARS & a RED BUS! Happened to be passing @southbankcentre so decided to visit THE SINGING LIFT, only to discover its voice had gone ☹️ So big thnx to the lovely ladies who saved the day & sang Happy Birthday to her 😍
I’ve been avoiding doing this since the first lockdown, but have decided to succumb to the inevitable. I am going to clean and organise my toolbox.
Well it’s a lot cleaner and I’ve discovered I own five hammers. I sorted nails and screws into different bags. It’s also clear I’ve lost a small allen key. #winning
So, on a whim, I decided to go to @Tesco to do the Christmas shop at midnight. The store was deserted. Shelves (mostly) full. Some (masked) camaraderie among fellow shoppers. Concluded 1.10am. And I got THIS THING OF BEAUTY.
