Give the DCU a fucking shot, it's still early stages. Remember early MCU, there were mixed bag products like Iron Man 2. We've already seen how Snyder bros and grifters trashed all the CW shows when they were still on.

The Snyder bros probably aren't going to support Henry Cavill's Highlander reboot since they didn't support his Guy Ritchie films.

People seem more upset that DCU Superman isn't like Injustice or Homelander than Henry Cavill not being in the role. They probably have the thought that Henry Cavill coming back means Superman will be like Injustice or Homelander or Omni Man.

We've seen how they treated Tyler and Bitise in the same way as David Corenswet and Rachel Brosnahan. People seem more upset that DCU Superman isn't like Injustice or Homelander than Henry Cavill not being in the role.

They want the DCU to fail so bad because they just hate on everything Superman and DC related.
Save this for later 🥲

If Henry Cavill was still Superman today he wouldn't be dark and brooding Superman, he was going to be a brighter more hopeful Superman akin to Christopher Reeve with the brighter suit, the S curl and the John Williams theme.

All of Henry Cavill's post DC films haven't been making any money, they've bombed worse than Supergirl.
Where is Henry Cavil now😂

No he isn't cucked. He isn't a proto Homelander or Omni Man or a Dark Knight wannabe who can fly. It being like a Marvel movie, lets be frank MCU Captain America was the most Superman in movies during the 2010s.

Their man crush Henry Cavill didn't want to play Superman as Homelander or Omni Man.
People will come for me for this but, Superman is way more timely and relevant than many would like to convince themselves. Some just gaslight themselves into believing that the world needs more homelanders or omi mans but, Superman is a necessity in our world where we are bombarded with constant misery and cynicism that a character like him can truly show us the light and to be better day after day!

The ending of SUPERMAN (2025), with Clark watching home videos of Martha and Jonathan Kent instead of replaying his Kryptonian parents’ message, is such a beautiful way to bring his journey full circle.
Name a scene from a movie that gave you genuine goosebumps.

Not only that they never support Henry Cavill, they're aren't hyping up his Highlander reboot since they didn't support his Guy Ritchie films.
And Clayface is surpassing Supergirl. So.... Of course they are just trashing on DC at every single turn.

How much is the box office for Henry Cavill's post DC films? all of his films have been critical and commercial failures because nobody is supporting him. They're aren't going to support his Highlander reboot either.
Meanwhile Clayface is eying an 100-150 million box official total

He like many grifters weren't making daily videos praising Henry Cavill's Superman before Justice League 2017 or Black Adam, he didn't support any of the DCEU films when they were coming out. Gunn is slowly building Batman's world and not rushing it.
Replying to @mjarbo
Take it somewhere else. The guy made a walking tree and a talking raccoon into household names and put a character like Metamorpho into his first Superman film. He’s not afraid of Batman. He just knows the DCU has to Batman right.

If Henry Cavill was still Superman today he wouldn't be dark and brooding Superman, he would be a brighter more hopeful one akin to Christopher Reeve. Everyone who is a Snyder bro or anti woke grifter would've been pissed off, they would've ripped it to shreds.
It's going to succeed dude, you def have it out for current DC one way or another and you always use this reverse psychology that oh you "want DC..Superman...Clayface" to succeed but then either currently or down the line and nitpick the film and then invalidate their success. You and the likes of @ShaunORourke75 are nothing more than closeted Snyder bros under the guise of 'caring about' the DCU meanwhile prefer preface over Snyder's films being the absolute 'superior' versions of these characters meanwhile any other interpretation of these characters is 'not understanding the characters' or 'being afraid of (X)'. Its completely disingenuous.
