Why can't narcissists have original thoughts and opinions? They suffer from severe identity disturbance. This contaminates every aspect of their lives, causing profoundly damaging relationship and personal behaviors. Driven by their need to conceal the dark void where their self should be, the avoidance of potential shame, and the constant need to protect their fragile egos, narcissists will manipulate their friends, family, colleagues, and partners to view them in a favorable light. Stealing the ideas and opinions of others that have already been socially tested and approved is the narcissist's way of avoiding conflict and ensuring their self preservation and survival of ego.

Sometimes when we think we are acting from Empathy, we're really acting from Spiritual Arrogance. This leaves us open to energy predators who will gladly watch as you deplete your own life force for their benefit. The only soul you have the authority to heal is your own.

Narcissists are intellectual parasites. They will steal your narrative and present it as their own to gain praise & attention without having to do the inner work themselves. Narcissists are profoundly unable to gaze inward and contemplate. It's too painful, and like touching a hot stove, they pull back reflexively, preferring to steal your hard work instead.

Not everyone you meet is gonna like you. There's gonna be people who have never met you who already don't like you. And that's okay.

No one changes, unless they choose to. Not for you, not for the kids, not for their job. It has to be for them, and they have to be the one to flip the switch.

Recovering from narcissistic manipulation is uniquely distressing. How do you mourn an illusion? Your love was real, while the person you loved was a complete fabrication. Somehow, you have to heal from two contradictory truths at the same time.

Your childhood traumas are not your fault, but it is your adult responsibility to heal yourself, so you don't turn your pain into generational trauma.

Your preferred belief system does not dictate how spiritual you are. Your actions tell the world what you embody and truly believe, both publicly and privately.
