🌾 @RRFVillage : There’s More to Farming Than Just Growing Crops The more I explore the RRF Village Dev Log, the more I realize that farming is only one part of the experience. What makes this game interesting is how different systems connect with each other. Every resource has a purpose, and planning your next move can matter just as much as collecting items. Here's what caught my attention. 👇 🌱 1. Farming & Resource Management Everything starts with the farm. Prepare your soil, plant seeds, water your crops, and harvest them when they're ready. But the real strategy comes from deciding what to grow. Some crops can be used for orders, while others become ingredients for animal feed or crafting. 🐄 2. Animals & Production Animals add another layer to the farming loop. Corn and wheat can be used to produce feed, while sugarcane supports honey production. Instead of treating every resource separately, you need to think about how one activity supports another. ⛏️ 3. Mining & Exploration The Mine unlocks at Level 3 and costs 2,000 Gold to open, according to the Dev Log. Mining takes energy and time, but the minerals you collect can be useful for crafting, buildings, and expansion. 📋 4. Task Board & Ronke Board These two boards serve different purposes. The Task Board gives you orders to complete for XP and Gold, while the Ronke Board offers RONKE rewards for delivering resources. Resource planning matters. Sometimes, the smartest move is to complete an order using what you already have instead of spending more resources unnecessarily. 🎃 5. The Pumpkin Update The October Week 3 update introduces Pumpkin as a crop. • Unlocks at Level 5 • Seeds cost 20 Gold • Takes 40 minutes to grow after watering • Pumpkin Flour becomes available through the Windmill at Level 11 Small additions like this give players more ways to plan their farming and production. 🏇 6. Beyond the Farm RRF Village also includes mining, fishing, player trading, and HORSKE and Dogke racing. Each activity offers a different way to explore the game. Racing also has a real-token betting component, so it's important to understand the risks rather than treat it as guaranteed income. 💭 What I'm Taking Away From All This A good farm isn't necessarily the one with the most crops. It's the one where resources are used wisely, orders are planned ahead, and every upgrade has a purpose. I'm still exploring the mechanics and learning what works best. That's part of the journey — understanding the game instead of rushing through it. 🌾 Want to start your own RRF Village journey?
