It's easier to work on own dumb ideas than on others' dumb ideas.

I thought the Approach section on my website was already outdated. The thinking goes back years, to notes I wrote while preparing for interviews. Apparently, the format resonates: one designer copied it almost word for word, while a developer adapted it for his own website.

While I interview for my next b2b saas role, I’m open for consulting projects short term. I can help with product discovery & research, usability & accessibility evals, design systems, hiring, and cross-collab workshops (design sprints, custom ones). #ux alexhris.me/

Felix built a 3D room for his website in 24 hours, riding a bike “look ma, no hands” style while coding on his phone. Im not Felix, and this is not an Anthropic PR stunt, but I built a small “Ask about me” feature for my website. aleksandartasevski.com

Instead of teleoperation, we train solely on data from our Skill Capture Glove. The glove is co-designed with Memo's hand, meaning they share the exact same geometry and sensor suite. If you can do it wearing the glove, Memo can learn it.

Figma tip: for tables with Auto Layout, design by columns not rows. Makes resizing easier.

How am I only just now finding out about Lucide icons (fork of Feather icons)?

when aligning icons with text, you can set the height to 1lh it equals the element's line-height, so icons align perfectly

mfw they start with "why don't we just use a dropdown and a button" then catch themselves realizing it won't work and finish with "but idk you're the expert"
