Away trip to Guildford who are new to our league this season
We've played Guildford twice before in the FA Cup Extra Preliminary Round
Defeats in 2007 under Anthony Whittington and a 2nd defeat in 2016 under Ben Shoulders (his first game).
🤞 we can end that pattern

Ladies are home to Three Bridges 2pm KO at Portslade Sports Centre 3G
FT Mile Oak 2 East Preston 0 EP manager is shown a red card after the final whistle. No idea what he has to complain about tbh 🤷🏻♂️
Goals from Smart and Kirk-Patrick seal the win #uptheoak
East Preston rapidly losing the plot here, further yellows being handed out following late challenges since their red
2-0
HT and Oak lead 2-0. East Preston by no means out of this. They’ve looked lovely up front and from set peices but certainly a bit shakey at the back.
What a header. A long straight ball is met by Sessions header outside his box, and is cleaned out by their striker. The follow up shot is blasted goalwards with Sessions injured on the floor, but Ben KP is there on line with a diving header to clear it just over the bar 2-0
GOALLLLLLLLLLLLLLL!!! A Ben Kirk-Patrick free kick evades everyone and bounces just inside the far post 2-0
GOALLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL!!! Corner is floated in and Captain Liam Smart is there unmarked to plant a downwards header into the net to give Oak the lead 1-0
Referee says the game is still on
Warm ups (get wet and even more cold than i already was) about to get underway
Well done! Please do support Will on his recovery
💙 LET’S GET BEHIND WILL STREET 💙
On 20th October, Jarvis Brook’s Will Street suffered a serious injury during the game against Mile Oak, breaking both his tibia and fibula.
Will now faces a long recovery, time away from football and potentially a significant period off work.
His club has launched a fundraiser to help ease the financial pressure and cover day-to-day costs, giving Will one less thing to worry about while he focuses on recovering.
We’re asking the SNLF community to get behind him. Any donation, whatever the amount, would be hugely appreciated. If you can’t donate, please share this appeal and help it reach more people.
Wishing you all the best with your recovery, Streety. From everyone at The SNLF Show, we’re right behind you. 💙⚽️
