Thereโ€™s been a lot of drama lately so itโ€™s nice to listen to a space that gets back to investigating.

This is going to break X Spaces.
Tonight I will host a space to discuss the Fort Huachuca, and why it suddenly really matters! Hoping all who can will join, including of course people who vehemently disagree. teapawt.org/i/spaces/1vAGRQBZvLVKl

Watching Matt Rifeโ€™s special from Mexico. Hysterical. ๐Ÿ˜‚ So glad to see him getting even more successful.

Things that happen in Mexico: My sister in law added me to a WhatsApp group where someone who works at Samโ€™s Club sells almost expired stuff for 70% less than retail. And the group has 300 members just in our community.

My feed is full of posts of people trying to make a mountain out of a mole hill with the Mexican protests yesterday. They werenโ€™t that big and the one in Mexico City was shut down quickly. Nothing close to a coup or revolution.

I turn 40 in a few months. Luckily, I already own my home outright in Mexico. Property taxes are only about $100 USD a year. I would not want the pressure of owing money to consume my entire adult life. If someone works from 18 to 65 years old thatโ€™s only 47 years and they still would not have paid off a 50 year mortgage. Thatโ€™s insane. And the average homebuyer in the US is now 40 years old. You would have to live to 90 just to pay off that mortgage.
President Trumpโ€™s 50-year mortgage explained:

A family friend just passed away unexpectedly here in Mexico - just hours after getting the flu shot. We also have 2 cases of aggressive cancer in the family. Both are up to date on their COVID shots. Iโ€™ve been warning them for years now.

Mexico is huge. It takes us 26 hours to drive from Mexico City to Playa del Carmen.

My 5 year old is going to be Jack Skeleton for Halloween. One of my students ask why she will be a boy. I explained that she is only 5, she doesnโ€™t care about boy/girl stuff yet. She just likes what she likes. But I certainly donโ€™t think she is transgender. Itโ€™s disturbing that this woman says they were transitioning kids from 3 years old! Thatโ€™s a preschooler! Some of them think they are dinosaurs. Gender affirming care is child abuse.
My goodness this is a hard but necessary watch. Do it. The trans lie.

The difference is that many countries overseas walk a lot more, and the food is much less processed. Thats why people go to Italy and eat everything but still lose weight.

Credit cards and mortgages are less common in Mexico, so this makes sense. More common for people to buy land and build little by little as they can afford it.

Itโ€™s becoming increasingly obvious that the entire U.S. economy is propped up by government hand outs and subsidiesโ€ฆ My feed is full of young, physically able EBT recipients complaining about work requirementsโ€ฆ andโ€ฆ High-income families who have had their medical insurance subsidized by taxpayers since Obamacare became law.

The only advice I ever listened to from my mom was not to exist only to pay bills and die.

Something incredibly strange is happening in the U.S. with prices. How it costs $125 for fruit and rice is beyond me.
American went on vacation to Hawaii. She stayed at the Hilton Hawaiian Village hotel She ordered these 3 food orders. The total was $139 Hawaii tourism prices continue to skyrocket. Things are getting so expensive everywhere, soon Americans just wonโ€™t be able to travel
