As an aesthetic physician I would worry about the fact that the superficial and deep fat pads are normally reduced through life specially after 35 yo. I don’t know her age but she looks really young, this might have been achieved naturally just by waiting. She looks good but now this is her new starting point, her face will lose fat as she ages, and by the time she is 40 she might regret having undergone this procedure.
That being said, I hope this was explained to her and if they did, then it’s fine. It is an informed decision and she has the right to make her own choices.
