Afternoon folks, some thoughts of mine on the Kujira situation below. Like many of you, I was caught off-guard by the state of the core team's debt positions. Entropic Labs, and myself, have always been "all-in" on the Kujira ecosystem, with strong belief that the protocols built here are the most composable, advanced, and with the most potential in the entire industry. Seeing mine and others' blood, sweat & tears being undermined by something "as simple as" poor risk management is extremely hard to see. That being said, know that the core team, and over 20 builders from the ecosystem are still looking out for the most important thing: the community. I don't have much more insight than any of you on how the cards will play out, but knowing the high integrity and standards that the core team keeps themselves to, and having met them all in-person, I'm certain that everyone will be made whole, and that they will continue building with redoubled effort. I would also love to continue to realize the vision that brought Entropic Labs to Kujira, if at all viable. A huge amount of love and gratitude to @PragmaticMonkey, @jp_kuji, @autokujira, @mintthemoon, @MikeR_AM, @starsquid_io, @jesse____c, @Thuxo_Lux, @Rarma_, @gadikian, @unhedged21, and so many others, all of you for looking out for the community's best interests, but also many for reaching out to me personally, it really means more than you know. In the meantime, a reminder to everyone to please keep it civilized. Violence and especially death threats towards ANYONE, team, community members, or greater ecosystem contributors is way over any sort of line, and you should honestly be ashamed of yourself, even for "heat of the moment" comments. Neither will harassment nor a barrage of messages do anyone any good. To any Kujira builders feeling frustration, despair, or needing help of any sort, my DMs are always open.
