Is it bullish when a competitor lies about your product to try to steal your customers?
Today I was sent screenshots of a competitor's reps making things up to switch to their fintech.
Our customers forwarded them straight to us. And of course, they're sticking with Altitude.
Fintech is hyper competitive. Trying to steal customers is fair game.
Blatantly lying isn't. It's unethical, it's immature, and it reflects a culture of dishonesty inside that company.
Strongly believe trust is the #1 thing that matters for a fintech product. Without it, you have nothing.
Our approach at @altitude will not change.
High integrity, full honesty, and shipping the best product in the space.
Confident this strategy will continue driving our numbers up and to the right.
Higher.

our new @altitude page for onchain teams has dropped so here is my pitch:
- free on/off ramps for your treasury. fund onchain, pay out via ACH, domestic wire, SEPA or SWIFT
- move stablecoins across 7 chains
- corporate cards, banking rails, AP/AR and stablecoins in one place, less tools beats more tools
- multiple entities under one login - your labs, foundation, opco entities are all welcome, we onboard companies from 150 countries
- we make your accountant happy. one ledger, one audit trail and direct ERP sync for both fiat and stablecoin transactions so they spend less time deciphering the explorers
- we get crypto and lived through the debanking era, our KYB is far from perfect (let us cook), but we'll be in the compliance trenches with you and will onboard your entities asap
- all governed by squads smart accounts under the hood - formally verified, in production for over 5 years, securing billions in assets and facilitating billions in stablecoin transfers every month
we are as onchain as it gets and we built altitude addressing all the pains we encountered in the years of running a business on stablecoins. tell me what we're missing and we'll ship.

really happy to welcome @AcctualTeam to Altitude
i. we've wanted to work with @tikhbana and the squad for a long time. we've been huge fans of their work and the taste, attention to detail and care they've put into Acctual are exceptional.
making invoicing and bill pay feel simple takes a lot of thought. they've consistently set a high bar for what these products should feel like.
we've spent a long time talking about how awesome it would be to build together. glad we finally made it happen, especially given how central their work is to what we're building at Altitude.
ii. most of what a business does from a finance perspective comes down to receiving or sending money. that puts accounts payable and accounts receivable workflows right at the core of the system.
how a business gets paid, pays others and tracks what it owes or is owed should all work together with the account where its money lives.
we're bringing these workflows into Altitude, all built on top of stablecoins, for businesses operating across borders.
Altitude Invoicing is live today.
iii. bringing all of this together also lays the foundation for how most financial operations will run in the future.
we believe truly agentic finance means running finops becomes a series of loops that can operate autonomously. when invoices, bills, approvals and money movement live in the same system, agents have the context and ability to carry work through to completion:
send an invoice → follow up → collect payment → reconcile
receive a bill → route for approval → pay → reconcile
with each step connected inside Altitude, we can build towards automating these loops end to end and ultimately make day to day financial workflows touchless.
the Acctual team brings so much of the craft needed to make that experience feel effortless. very excited we get to build it together.

Super excited to share Acctual is joining Altitude.
@tikhbana, @tweetsbymo, and @issadca know what it means to have great taste. They built a truly beautiful product with @AcctualTeam.
When we first started exploring what it might look like for Acctual to join Altitude, it became clear pretty quickly that we were deeply aligned on values and vision.
Together, we are building the definitive global operating account: accounts, payments, cards, bill pay, accounting, and now invoicing, which is live on Altitude today.
More to come. Higher. 🏔️

i've been interviewing @altitude customers for the past few weeks and this one is probably my fav story so far
1. a coffee brand just feels so real. it's easy to understand why a crypto-native company might need stablecoin solutions, but with something as tangible as coffee, you immediately see how much cross-border money movement game has changed
2. you also see how much of a bottleneck the old rails can be when you hear @dirtySOK talk about how happy they are with their supplier in poland. i love that moving money doesn't have to get in the way of maintaining a relationship that clearly works
3. it's kind of wild how global their money actually is. payroll across borders, pay-ins in usdc, ach payouts in the states, swift in europe. all for one small coffee company
4. and the @RaposaCoffeeCo team is just so dedicated to what they're building. kind of hard not to root for them
What does a modern CPG finance stack look like?
For @RaposaCoffeeCo, it’s USDC in, EUR out to a manufacturer in Poland, ACH and wires for the US side, and cards for a team spread across 3 countries.
All running on Altitude.

I helped a friend find ~$23k/year hiding in his financial stack.
We recently onboarded his company onto @Altitude.
They were spending on Anthropic, AWS + other SaaS on cards, while paying team members across the US and Europe through Wise and eating FX + transfer fees along the way.
We moved it all onto Altitude:
→ up to 2% cashback on card spend
→ US + EU banking details
→ no FX/on-offramp fees
All-in, we uncovered ~$23k/year of value between fees saved + cashback.
Pretty nice.
Curious how much money is hiding in your financial stack? I made this calculator to help:
