🚨 EGLIN AIR FORCE BASE EXPANDS EVACUATION ORDER
Eglin Air Force Base has expanded its limited evacuation order ahead of Hurricane Isaias. As of 12:30 p.m. Thursday, October 8, the order includes service members, Department of War employees and their dependents residing in Walton County Zones A, B and C, and Escambia, Okaloosa and Santa Rosa County Zones A and B, who have been ordered to evacuate by local authorities. Those affected should contact their direct chain of command for specific guidance and continue following Eglin Air Force Base for updates.

🚨 MANDATORY EVACUATIONS ORDERED FOR OKALOOSA COUNTY
Okaloosa County has ordered mandatory evacuations for coastal Zones A and B beginning Thursday, October 8, at noon, ahead of Hurricane Isaias. The order includes Okaloosa Island and portions of Fort Walton Beach, Destin, Mary Esther and Niceville that fall within those evacuation zones. Residents are urged to check their evacuation zone and make plans to leave early.
The county is also urging out of town visitors in the forecast impact area to evacuate beginning Wednesday, October 7, at 8 p.m.
Each week, I can see we are getting better, but the penalties killed us as well as mental mistakes like stepping out of bounds before catching the ball for a touchdown. Offensive really needs to step up! Now, it’s time for the Panthers to execute a win!
