ALT a silvery gray pup with the tiniest bit of white on the tips of their toes is curled up on a seat while riding public transportation. the seat’s fabric (we can feel the weird itchy carpet texture now) is a different pattern from the one next to it, gray and red instead of blue. a circular section on the seat back reads “Someone may need this seat more,” encouraging riders to yield it to someone elderly, disabled, or pregnant. in the dog’s defense, they cannot read.
ALT a small, white maltese mix with disheveled fur and a pink tumor on her right, front paw sits in a shiny, steel vet kennel on top of a blue blanket. she's wearing a plastic cone around her neck and looking slightly defeated.
ALT the maltese pup is standing on her hind legs and being supported up by a vet tech in a red shirt. the fur on her head and legs is dirty and matted as if it hasn't been groomed in quite some time. from this angle a large tennis ball-sized mass is visible on her chest, and she has a large pink tumor on her right paw.
ALT A little chocolate lab puppy is being held up behind the wheel of the car. He looks at you in suspense. Walter always asks to drive the car and today is his lucky day
ALT Walter is now looking straight ahead. Please fasten your seatbelts. I mean, his paws aren’t even on the wheel- but don’t tell him that. He’s doing great
