New ad from the Harris campaign on reproductive freedom, ahead of the VP's speech in Texas on Friday. This is a very tough one to watch, but it's incredibly important to. Thank you so much to Ondrea and Ceasar for trusting us to share their story.

"....the fact that the Republicans had a female senator give what could be the most important speech of her life in a kitchen seemed to tell its own, more powerful, story." Pitch perfect @HC_Richardson on the eve of International Women's Day.

Tennessee House subcommittee members had state troopers physically remove gun safety activists who quietly held signs from a hearing. We bow down to this woman who - visibly shaking - said: “You will have to drag me out.” Moms will win.

Now the poem that Amanda Gorman read at President Biden’s inauguration, entitled “The Hill We Climb,” has been banned from curriculum through 5th grade in Miami-Dade County, for not being suitable for elementary students. For those who listened to the poem, you would know the the poem was a lecture on peace, love, unity, and freedom. This is why laws banning critical race theory from schools are a problem. People begin categorizing anything that talks about race as falling into the realm of CRT. Or they use the law to justify removing books and curriculum that can teach real history. This isn’t free speech. This is using the law to chill the free speech of others, in my opinion.

“Been baptized 13 times just to make sure I am going to be there.” Yes, ⁦@thelesliejordan⁩ you are a heavenly beacon, and a damn funny one. The world has lost a light of love and optimism. RIP to my favorite hunker downer. 🙏🏻💕 instagram.com/reel/CkDnb4_AY…

The fight against the proposed 210-mile Ambler mining road — which would cut through @GatesArcticNPS — has been going on for years: "We need to lift our voices to this darkness and howl until they wake up and listen." npca.org/articles/886-a-bill…

This week's @BW issue is dedicated to all the ways this country has economically and politically disenfranchised women. I wrote the cover essay about what so many of us are feeling these days. I hope you like it. bloomberg.com/news/features/…
