We also need speedy moves to promote car sharing, which @mobilityways_ has shown can deliver quick carbon wins, but @NationalHways needs to measure people not vehicles to help this. RIS3 should not look like RIS2!

If everyone swapped one journey by car per month for one by bus instead, the benefits to the UK would be huge. There would be a billion fewer car journeys and we would reduce the UK’s carbon dioxide emissions by 2 million tonnes a year #NetZero #betterwithbus
