Commerce 1.2.8 is now available with a selection of bug fixes, such as fixing a variety of log messages and ensuring the cart gets the correct shipping method assigned.

As a bonus, a new 1.3 developer build is also available. This one includes a minimum PHP version bump to 7.4, an update to Twig 3, some new events, and more.

The rollback also refused, so we've taken it as a hint to completely rebuild the server that's been running the forum since circa 2018.
That's around 90% done, so we'll be up and running again in anywhere from 10-infinite minutes!
