My dad left Thailand today and I am heartbroken.
We spent the last three months together mourning my mother and picking up the pieces.
He talks of moving here. He could. Sell the family house, put it in Bitcoin, live quietly in the jungle.
But he won’t.
“I could never put all my eggs in one basket.”
“I don’t trust the tech won’t break.”
The truth is he just doesn’t understand yet.
He stacks sats because I do.
His conviction is borrowed from mine.
You can’t hand someone conviction.
You can’t change a mind that isn’t ready. You can only live your life so honestly that one day they look up and see you.
