The discussion about diabetes, high cholesterol, and high blood pressure has to also happen in light of the absolute INABILITY of people to exercise because some places are unsafe and it is so hot that you may collapse.
A good “summer body” may need to be a rested body, not moving a lot, in the shade.
I'M glad we are having more convos about pardna.
Basically it's a savings scheme with low or no interest.
In theory you could save the money on your own, but you'd only be able to access it at the end of the period. With pardna you can access the amount earlier if needed

Actress Hayden Panettiere known for roles in ‘Heroes’, ‘Nashville’ and ‘Bring It On- All or Nothing’ has died.
She was 36 years old.
Her father, Skip Panettiere, said in a statement, “It is with profound sadness that we share the tragic passing of our beloved Hayden. She was an incredible light and a force of nature who brought immeasurable love and joy to all who knew her -- and to the millions who watched her onscreen.”
Her cause of death is not yet known.
